Before you ask
What if it breaks on a Saturday night?
Emergency call-outs are included Monday to Friday, and we carry swap-out machines so service never stops.
Do I need to buy a service contract?
No. Planned maintenance, filter changes and parts are all inside the weekly price. No separate engineer invoices.
How long am I tied in?
Minimum term is 6 months, payable monthly by Direct Debit. After that, keep it as long as it earns its keep.
Do you deliver ice?
We don't — we rent you the machine that makes your own, so you never run out mid-service again.
